The need to pre-season workout cannot be under estimated

While we are not offering strength and conditioning sessions yet, the importance of getting yourself ready to withstand the rigors of all out lacrosse play is ultimately the athletes responsibility. Please go to the link for a story of a college player who sustained an ACL injury. The ACL injury is probably the top injury for female athletes in any sport that requires jumping, cutting, and twisting motions. There is additional information under the links tab near the top of the page on ACL injury prevention. We want all of our players to stay healthy and injury free. LAXin' for life!
